By applying to become a Cyber Volunteer for Cyber Baithak, you explicitly acknowledge, consent, and legally bind yourself to the following terms and conditions:
Volunteering with Cyber Baithak is strictly voluntary, honorary, and unpaid. This does not constitute an employment contract, apprenticeship, internship offer, or promise of hire (permanent, temporary, or contractual). You shall receive no salary, remuneration, wage, stipend, bonus, or financial consideration. Cyber Baithak does not provide any reimbursement of personal expenses, travel costs (TA/DA), accommodation, food, or connectivity costs.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless Cyber Baithak, its parent entity JSI Software Solutions, its founders, event coordinators, instructors, and partner organizations against any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, penalties, damages, expenses, or losses arising directly or indirectly from your voluntary activities, communications, representations, or negligence. Cyber Baithak bears zero liability for any personal injury, accident, property damage, device loss/malfunction, or cyber hazards incurred during voluntary service.
You expressly affirm that you are participating entirely of your own free volition without any coercion, pressure, material expectation, or promises of corporate employment, governmental benefits, or academic credits.
All training presentations, curriculum, toolkits, workshop slide decks, branding, logos, graphics, and awareness materials used or generated under Cyber Baithak remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cyber Baithak and JSI Software Solutions. Volunteers have no right to record, copy, reproduce, monetize, sell, or distribute these proprietary assets without prior written consent.
Volunteers must maintain absolute confidentiality concerning all participant records, student lists, institutional contact details, internal communications, and workshop logistics. Harvesting, recording, or leaking attendee information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a punishable violation under the Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and applicable Indian laws.
Volunteers must observe the highest standards of integrity. You shall not use Cyber Baithak's name or identity for personal gain, commercial consulting, political lobbying, religious activities, or soliciting donations/funds from attendees or institutions. Performing unauthorized network scanning, penetration testing, or hacking against third-party institutions is strictly illegal and prohibited. Any unauthorized press releases or public statements on behalf of Cyber Baithak will result in immediate disassociation and legal action.
Cyber Baithak reserves the sole, unilateral right to reject, suspend, or terminate any volunteer membership, digital badge, or platform access at any time without prior notice, justification, or hearing. Certificates of appreciation are issued purely on an honorary basis at management discretion upon verified active service, and may be revoked if misconduct occurs.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or dispute arising out of this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Cyber Baithak's administrative operations.
We collect essential personal information (Name, Date of Birth, contact details, address, educational background, current occupation, motivation statement, and relevant skill sets) along with verification records (Government ID number and photo) exclusively for identity authentication, onboarding evaluation, and community outreach.
To ensure maximum privacy and defense against unauthorized access, all uploaded Government ID documents and personal identification files are isolated within secure, non-public backend server storage. These records are completely hidden from the public internet, shielded from search engine indexation, and accessible strictly by authorized administrative personnel of Cyber Baithak for verification audits.
Cyber Baithak will never sell, lease, or monetize your personal credentials or contact details to third-party commercial marketing entities. Data is maintained with strict role-based access controls to maintain compliance with institutional data safety standards.
